Jeff was extremely helpful in getting the capacitor in my Citizen eco drive watch replaced and he did it at a fair price and it only took 4 days. Will definitely go to Jeff @ Lolli's for all my future watch and jewelry needs!

Jeff resized my engagement ring for me today. He is so friendly and efficient! I will be bringing all of my jewelry needs to Lolli's going forward. Not to mention, you can't beat the prices for jewelry sizing at Lolli's!

This place is absolutely FANTASTIC! I've been searching over a year to have my ring right sized. Jeff did an amazing job! He took the time to explain everything. Thank you for the excellent customer service! We had jewelry repaired and returned to us in less than 24 hours. I never expected such a quick turn around. The gemologist shared his extensive knowledge and was very patient and forthcoming. We will recommend Lolli's to anyone!

Took a watch to have the band fixed today and was amazed at the friendly & professional way we were greeted. It was a simple fix & he did it while we waited, I know it only took him 5 minutes, but he still took the time and stopped what he was doing, I asked what I owed him and he said nothing. This business cares about their customers! I will recommend this awesome business to all and they have made a lifelong customer with my wife & I. Glad to see there are still a few businesses left with the attitude that making customers happy will increase their profits in the long run, due to word of mouth & great reviews, wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I went in to Lolli's to get a rare stone appraised of which I purchased on EBAY. I asked the seller, Greg H, (oldtreasures333 on ebay) why it wasn't going to the authenticator, his reply was it had been certified. Lolli's, Jeff Hicks who is a gemologist tested the stone and found it to be a natural chrysoberl not alexandrite which is what I thought I purchased. I trust Jeff Hicks and believe after seeing photos of what natural alexandrite looks like and costs, that his appraisal of my stone is correct. Greg H of oldtreasures333 on ebay obviously didn't care for the fact I actually had the stone checked on my own and went on to give a false review of Lolli's. Thank you Jeff Hicks 😊

Had a great experience coming into Lolli’s shortly after they opened on a Wednesday morning to have my engagement ring resized. Jeff was kind and very knowledgeable about the stones and metal type, even explained the process to me. He was able to give me a quote and had it done for me by the end of business day! Great work. Will recommend to friends and family.
